Mares Flexa Fit 5mm Neoprene Gloves

The Flexa Fit 5mm are innovative and comfortable 5mm neoprene gloves with high thermal protection, high quality 5-finger gloves for divers, similar to the Mares Flexa Classic 5mm, but with a more elaborate cut and pre-shaped cuffs for even better insulation.

Good cold protection and high wearing comfort

Made of a very soft and elastic 5mm Ultrastrech neoprene, and manufactured according to an anatomically adapted, innovative cut, the Flexa Fit 5 Gloves convince with a very high wearing comfort, do not fit too tight and do not restrict the freedom of movement of your fingers. These Mares neoprene gloves have flat seams to avoid pressure points.

Choose from the 4 available sizes that one that fits snugly and is not too wide at the cuffs, and you will always have warm hands when diving, as the Flexa Fit 5 are equipped with special cut-and-glide cuffs with water stop to reduce the water flow on the hands to a minimum, so that you always have optimal freedom of movement and very good thermal protection underwater.

In very cold water, however, we recommend the use of even thicker, 6.5 mm neoprene gloves, such as the Mares Flexa fit 6.5.

Good grip thanks to rubberised palms

The palms of the Mares Flexa Fit 5 neoprene gloves have a rubber pattern so that nothing slips out of your hand while diving and so that you can still operate your diving equipment well, because with 5mm neoprene gloves you lose quite a bit of dexterity. With these gloves, the soft material on the fingers, the anatomical cut and the coated palms largely compensate for this.

Easy to don and doff

The Flexa Fit 5 gloves have a skin-friendly lining on the inside so that the hand slips in easily when donning. The cuffs are cut a little tight, but that is intentional, so that they seal well at the wrist after putting them on. There is no zip on the cuffs, but the cuffs are elastic and tight enough to be don without any problems and you save yourself the unaccustomed fiddling around with the zip slide while wearing the thick gloves – often quite a tedious affair.
