Thread adapter compressed air 300 bar G 5/8 „female thread – compressed air 200 bar G 5/8“ male thread

Compressed air is the most commonly used breathing gas in diving because it is available everywhere. The threaded connections for 300bar and 200bar differ in the length of the threads. The problem is that 200bar bottles can not be filled with 300bar compressors as the filling connection prevents it due to its construction. In exceptional cases, however, it may be necessary to fill also 200 bar tanks by means of thread adapters at 300 bar connections. This thread adapter can be used to fill 200 bar tanks with 300 bar compressors.

• normal air 5/8″ (ntended thread – short) – to normal air 300bar 5/8″ (extended thread – long)
• Adapter normal air 300 bar i. – normal air 200bar e.
• Due to the risk of overfilling, the filling process must be monitored manually. Or our thread adapter with safety valve is used.
