The Scubapro 1st stage MK19 EVO

The new MK19 EVO Scubapro 1st stage for Scubapro regulators is the successor to the proven Scubapro MK17 EVO 1st stage. The MK19 EVO, which you can find in our online dive shop as part of many high-quality Diving reguators, is a powerful, cold water insensitive, very robust 1 stage that is well suited as Scubapro 1st stage for cold water regulators or regulators for technical diving.

Diaphragm-controlled Cold-water 1st stage

This Scubapro1st stage is an air-balanced, membrane-controlled high-performance stage, which is perfectly armed against very low temperatures with special cold-water technology. TheMK19 EVO uses the patented AF anti-freeze protection, which is created by attaching a series of fins to the chrome-plated brass housing of the 1st stages, the surface of which acts as a heat dissipater. This means that the stage does not freeze up, even in very cold water.

In addition, the MK19 EVO is equipped with a dry balance chamber that prevents water from entering the balance chamber, and thus preventing ice crystals from forming around the main spring, even in extremely cold water conditions.

Scubapro first stage with improved air delivery due to innovation

Like the MK17 EVO, the Scubapro MK19 EVO also scores with significantly improved air delivery performance thanks to the optimized internal design, which ensures a higher air flow to the medium pressure ports. Also a novelty are the 5 and not only 4 high-flow ports of the Scubapro MK19 EVO 1st stage, which are attached to a practical swivel turret.

The Scubapro MK19 EVO is a solid and compact 1st stage, with a cover that reminds of the MK17 EVO 1st stage and with a non-slip and robust handwheel in the DIN Version.
