Why use thread adapters? Compressed gas cylinders are fitted with different gas cylinder valves depending on the type of gas. Accordingly, different filling fittings and withdrawal fittings with different threaded connections are used for the individual gas types. However, it is often necessary to connect the threaded connections of different gas types to each other. The appropriate thread adapters with the corresponding sealing elements in accordance with DIN EN-144 are available from us. This thread adapter can be used to connect compressed air fittings with fittings for nitrogen.
