Compressed gas cylinders have different connection threads for pressure reducers or tapping units depending on the type of gas. Two different connection threads are commonly used in industry for compressed air / compressed air. The valve offered here has a G5/8″ internal thread for 300 bar in accordance with EN-DIN-144 and is for pressurised gas cylinders / compressed air cylinders with a large conical cylinder neck thread. Large conical bottle neck thread is also referred to as 25E bottle neck thread. This should not be confused with the metric M25x2 thread, which is mainly used for diving cylinders.
