Oxygen filling fitting for cascade filling from 4 oxygen cylinders 300 bar

Complete filling set for transferring oxygen or helium from 4 helium or oxygen cylinders 300 bar into a nitrox diving cylinder or trimix diving device. The filling set is designed so that each cylinder can be shut off individually but the cylinder pressure of the donor cylinder is displayed despite the valve being closed. This means that the cylinder with the right oxygen pressure / helium pressure can always be selected (cascade filling), which not only saves time but also costs as cylinders with residual pressure no longer have to be drained.

The pressure gauge on the filling hose can also be supplied in class 1.0 or as a digital pressure gauge.
The overflow unit can also be used for all gases. In the case of mixed gas cylinders (e.g. 2x oxygen, 1x helium), a non-return valve may need to be fitted upstream of the gas cylinders.

When using this filling set, there is no need to change the filling hose on the dispenser cylinders when using cascade filling or filling Trimix using different gas cylinders. Our booster can also be connected downstream of the filling hose.
