Compact and lightweight first stage with impressive air delivery

This Mares first stage is indeed the most compact and lightweight first stage that Mares has ever developedit is 10% smaller and lighter than the predecessor model 52X and has 30% less volumeyet the small 62X surprises with truly great performance! With a total of four DFC ports, it not only provides first-class output for your primary second stage but also for alternative air supply. Thanks to these DFC ports (Dynamic Flow Control) at all MD ports, you receive a consistent and natural inhalation resistance, regardless of depth.

Membrane-controlled first stage with optimal cold-water characteristics

With its innovative, improved valve seal, the 62X offers very good performance even at low temperatures. With the optionally available Cold Water Kit Twin Balanced Piston (TBP), you can perfectly tailor your 62X for use in extremely cold waters and enjoy the benefits of an extreme cold-water regulator.
