This Mares Dry Kit is a very practical cold water kit for Mares 1st stage 82X that you can find in robust and reliable regulators like the Mares Ultra ADJ 82X or the Mares Epic ADJ 82X.
The TBP Dry Kit is of course also available for other Mares 1st stages, as TBP for 62X and TBP for 52X / 15X / 25 XR.

The TBP cold water kit takes its name from the term Twin Balanced Piston, which means double balanced piston, which in a few words describes the way the dry kit works. It is a piston-controlled system that is screwed onto the medium pressure end of the 82X 1st stage and prevents any water from getting in touch with the inner parts of the stage.
