Threaded adapter for use in compressed air filling systems, e.g. on fire department filling hoses to connect a filling hose to a 200 bar outlet. The standardized G1/4″ connection guarantees maximum compatibility with pneumatic and hydraulic accessories for further connection of the threaded adapter to high-pressure hoses or filling hoses of breathing air compressors. The use of hexagonal material during manufacture means that, as is generally the case in technology, open-end wrenches can be used during assembly and no special tools are required.
