Small diving cylinders are increasingly used in diving for transporting gases (argon, helium, oxygen). This 1 litre steel cylinder with 300 bar working pressure can be used for all common gases and gas mixtures. Due to the higher pressure, a larger quantity of gas is available at the same volume, which means this cylinder is suitable not only for use as an argon storage cylinder for inflating the drysuit, but also as an oxygen cylinder for first aid after a diving accident, or as a bailout/stage cylinder in technical diving. In a rebreather, this steel cylinder can be used as an oxygen or diluent gas cylinder. The mono valve is a simple diving cylinder valve with a single outlet, whose shut-off is located at the top left of the valve.
